What is The Filterium?

The Filterium is an independent online store dedicated to water filters that are independently tested, certified, and worth your trust. We only sell what we’ve verified ourselves.

Do you test all the filters you sell?

We either test filters independently or verify their third-party certifications and performance claims before offering them in our shop.

Which filter is right for me?

It depends on your water source and goals. The first step is to know what contaminants are in the water that need to be addressed. Check out our Learn section to get started.

How long do replacement filters last?

Most filter elements last 6 to 12 months depending on usage and water quality. Specific filter capacity is listed on each product page.

Are your filters NSF or WQA certified?

Yes—many of our filters are certified to NSF/ANSI standards. You can learn more about what those certifications mean on our certifications guide.


Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the continental U.S.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking via email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we offer free shipping on orders over $99.


Returns & Warranty

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns of filters both in new and used condition within 30 days. Please review our full return policy for details.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes—most products are covered by a 6-month to 1-year manufacturer warranty. If you experience issues, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
