We want you to feel confident about your purchase from The Filterium. If you’re not satisfied, for any reason within 30 days of receiving the products in your order, we’ll help make it right.

 


 

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The Filterium encourages you to test your product once it arrives. For this reason, we accept returns in both new or used condition within 30 days of delivery if your products do not meet your expectations. Product must be returned in its original packaging. 

To start a return or exchange, contact us at hello@thefilterium.com with your order number and reason for return.

 


 

If You've Changed Your Mind

No problem. Email us for authorization for a return of your order at hello@thefilterium.com. You must return the item within 30 days of receipt, and include the packing slip with your name and order number. This helps us process your return faster.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and may be responsible for a restocking fee for certain products (where noted on the item’s description). 

 


 

If Your Items Arrive Damaged or Incorrect

We’ll make it right. Please contact us at hello@thefilterium.com within 30 days of your product’s arrival, and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of damaged shipping container or packaging, if applicable

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item, if possible

We'll confirm whether a return or exchange is necessary to correct the issue, and will aim to resolve the issue promptly. 

 


 

If You’re Missing Items

If your order tracking shows that your order was delivered but you have not yet received the order, please allow 2-3 additional business days for delivery, as sometimes order tracking is premature or incorrect. If you’ve received part of your order, please check your packing slip—some items may ship separately or be on backorder. If you haven’t received the missing items within 2–3 business days after the tracking indicates delivery or after receiving the rest of your order (and the items are not on backorder or listed as shipping separately), please contact us at  hello@thefilterium.com and include the following: 

  • Your order number

  • A description of the missing items

We’ll confirm the shipping status of the items, and confirm whether replacement items are necessary to correct the issue, and will aim to resolve the issue promptly.
